Overview
Member Access Levels
- Full Access (Owner): Can modify all settings, manage chores, issue rewards, and switch profiles
- Limited Access : Restricted from making changes to chores, rewards, and account settings
PIN Protection
When a PIN is set, it prevents limited access members from:
- Modifying chores and tasks
- Issuing or modifying rewards
- Switching to full access profiles
- Changing account settings
Setup Instructions
Step 1: Set Member Access Level
- Tap 3 dots in the upper right corner of the screen
- Go to home
- Tap 3 dots on members profile card
- Toggle "Limit Access" to ON for members you want to restrict
- Keep "Owner" status OFF for restricted members
- Save the profile
Important : At least one profile must have full access (Owner or non-limited) to manage the household.
Step 2: Configure PIN Protection
- Tap 3 dots in the upper right corner of the screen
- Go to home
- Tap 3 dots at the top right corner of the screen
- Tap Settings
- Select PIN
- Enter a 4-digit PIN
- Save the settings
The PIN will be required when:
- Limited access members attempt restricted actions
- Anyone tries to switch to a full access profile
- Accessing protected account settings
